Ten seats a cohort. We keep it that small so everyone gets screen time in the session they're stuck. Each one starts on its date whether the room fills or not. No countdown timer.
You'll finish session one with it working
The fear we hear most is that you'll pay for another AI thing and it will sit there like the last one. So this isn't a promise about your satisfaction.
You'll finish session one with a working system pulling from your own calendar and email. If you don't, Denise sits with you one on one until you do.
The questions everyone asks
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can follow a screen share, you're set. You don't need to have built anything like this before, because never having done it is the starting point both sessions are designed around.
What if I fall behind?
You won't get left behind, because getting stuck out loud is how the sessions work. Both sessions are recorded, you can ask in the community any time, and there's a live support hour every Wednesday for 30 days after you finish.
Is my data safe?
Your vault is plain files in your own cloud account, not locked inside somebody's app. We'll walk you through where the privacy and training settings live so you can check them yourself and set them the way you want. Anything sensitive can stay off the cloud completely.
What about my clients' confidential information?
If you hold client books, files, or anything covered by an agreement, we'll cover what to keep out of it and how to set it up so client data stays where it belongs.
What do I need to buy?
A paid Claude Pro plan, and Obsidian, which is free. We walk you through both in session one.
What if I stop using it?
You keep it, because it's plain files sitting in your own account. Nothing of yours is held hostage if you walk away.
You don't have to figure out where to start. That's what the two sessions are for.
